The highlighted deed for this update is https://irishdeedsindex.net/mem.php?memorial=189242 which I updated as I was adding image numbers. It was not originally flagged as a marriage settlement. It is one of the marriage settlements that do not overtly state they are a marriage settlement. The appearance a spinster as a party provides a strong pointer as is the mention trusts. Looking at marriage licence bonds for Cork and Ross has Jane BATEMAN and Richard DUNSCOMBE marrying in 1770 we get confirmation of the type of deed.
